Frequently asked questions

1. What are the costs of upholstery

Costs are individually calculated depending on what kind of furniture you need refurbished. Only after we have received images and measurements of your piece can we begin to discuss the materials and labor involved in restoring. Please see our services page to understand what we offer. 

2. What fabric do I need?

Upholstery fabric is specifically designed to withstand regular use. We do not keep stock of fabrics and the customer will need to provide their own after discussion with us. 

3. Can you deliver furniture?

We can assist with minor furniture removal e.g. dining chairs, small tables. But anything of substantial size will need to be transported by a third party removalist. We can recommend a couple of companies upon request. 

4. Can you help me find something specific?

5. Can you provide valuations? 

We can advise on expected/estimated prices of pieces but we cannot provide offical certification documents. 

6. Do you buy things?

Yes! we love finding new homes for things in all shapes and sizes. Send us an email of the items you're looking to move on and we'll make you an offer. 

7. Do you have a showroom? 

No, unfortunately we do not have a showroom. All products are able to be viewed in person by appoint a the workshop. You are also welcome to request additional images of any product. 

8. Do you sell things on comission?

No, at this stage we are unable to sell items on the behalf of others.
